A world-class scuba diving destination awaits, divers and snorkelers alike can explore a vast array of reefs abundant with life. Expect to see turtles, rays, sharks, countless species of colorful fish, and tiny critters during your underwater adventures. Over fifty dive sites have already been discovered in the Maldives’ Lhaviyani Atoll and we hope to be able to add many more to the list of choices available to scuba divers staying at Jawakara. Coral reefs around the resort are largely untouched, giving divers an incredible opportunity to be among the first to set their eyes on the underwater scenery and marine life of the area.

Diving is easier than you might think, you don’t need to be qualified to be able to experience this holiday highlight, the friendly and professional team of dive instructors at Prodivers, our on-island dive center will look after you, teaching you the basics and then showing you the sights. There are opportunities for non-certification diving experiences as well as complete PADI courses and those who would instead view the reefs from above can enjoy a wide selection of snorkeling activities.
